Mamas Move Wellness and Fitness Center for new and expectant moms will be opening on February 2nd and 3rd with an open house and complimentary fitness classes, as well as an opportunity to check out our really beautiful moms lounge and baby/toddler play area. Come shop in our retail store (all environmentally friendly stuff!), sip tea or coffee in our mom's lounge, take a fitness class, get a massage, take a birthing or new parent class, or enroll your little one in developmental playgroup or movement class! for more info visit www.mamasmove.com
